Nepenthes like bright indirect light.
Soil should always be moist but not too soggy. If the soil runs too dry, the pitchers will go empty and die faster. The same might happen if air is too dry. Happy Nepenthes produce liquid to pitchers by itself, don't pour water to them.
Pitchers will die eventually anyway (norm. after 1-8 months), just cut them out when they have completely dried out. Plant will produce more leaves and new pitchers to them.
Nepenthes prefers higher humidity, so mist it regularly. You can boost the plant by giving a good shower to it. Use only filtered water if possible.
