Bright indirect light. Direct sunlight can cause leaves to bleach or dry out.
Water approx. once a week but wait until soil is fairly dry before watering. Then give plenty of water but don't let it drown. Hoya polyneura needs a bit more watering than normal thick leaves hoyas.
Gently mist few times per week, prefers high humidity.
Fertilizer: Feed during the growing season from early April to October with a well balanced and diluted liquid fertilizer once a month.
If you keep roots in a tight pot they bloom more easily. Blooming needs also lots of light.
